According to published project information, the building will offer two- to four-bedroom residences with floor-to-ceiling glass, private terraces and direct Atlantic Ocean views.
The stepped architectural design is intended to maximize private outdoor space and natural light. Ceiling heights are expected to reach as high as 10 feet 6 inches, while select residences are planned with features such as outdoor kitchens, plunge spas and firepits.
The project is also expected to include three levels of private amenities, including an oceanfront swimming pool, wellness facilities, sauna and steam room, an ocean-facing fitness center, yoga and movement space, resident lounges, a screening room, children's playroom and rooftop areas designed for dining, entertaining and relaxing.

The Pier Village Advantage
Location has always been one of the defining elements of luxury real estate, and One Eighty Ocean's location places residents directly beside one of the most significant transformations of the northern Jersey Shore.

Among the best-known is Salt Steakhouse, located at 15 Morris Avenue in Pier Village. Salt describes itself as operating under the strict kosher supervision of the JSOR and offers an upscale steakhouse experience only steps from the beach and boardwalk.
Pier Village also includes Salt Gourmet Market, providing prepared foods, premium meats and other kosher provisions in the heart of the oceanfront district.
At nearby Wave Resort, Soya by Salt offers Asian-inspired kosher dining, including sushi and contemporary dishes, at 110 Ocean Avenue.
The JSOR directory also identifies Pepe Kitchen and additional kosher establishments in Long Branch and nearby Deal, Allenhurst and Ocean Township, creating a much broader kosher dining environment than existed at the Shore only a relatively short time ago.
Kosher Hospitality at Wave Resort
Wave Resort is another important part of the Pier Village hospitality environment.
While Wave Resort should not be characterized as an entirely kosher hotel, the resort specifically offers dedicated kosher event services in partnership with Salt Hospitality Group.
Wave has also offered LBK Grill, a seasonal kosher restaurant operating under JSOR supervision, in addition to nearby Soya by Salt.
For homeowners entertaining extended family or guests at the Shore, the presence of oceanfront hotel accommodations together with dedicated kosher catering and event capabilities adds another level of convenience.
Jewish Community Life in Long Branch
Kosher dining is only one component of the area's Jewish infrastructure.
Chabad of the Shore, located at 620 Ocean Avenue in Long Branch, has established an extensive presence in the area with synagogue services, Shabbat programming, Torah study, adult education, youth programming and community events.
Chabad's activities have also included a Pier Village minyan, reflecting the growth of Jewish life within the immediate Long Branch oceanfront community.
The surrounding Deal, Allenhurst, Ocean Township and Long Branch area has long had an active Jewish community, and today's combination of synagogues, kosher restaurants, markets, educational institutions and community organizations has made the broader Jersey Shore increasingly attractive for both year-round and seasonal living.
